 note = {近年,日本では国際化推進政策により,留学生が急増している大学が多いが、出口にあたる就職活動に関する制度や情報は,未だ十分ではない。このような状況を鑑み,本学では留学生の教育,支援に資することを目的として,2012年3月に学部・大学院を卒業・修了する留学生を対象に調査を実施した。分析では,回答者を就職活動の有無と就職決定の有無に基づいて3グループに分類し,3つの分析視点(ソーシャル・サポート,各種活動経験,就職活動の内容)から比較した。その結果,就職が決定しているグループは,多様な人々と関わり,課外の集団や地域活動へ参加し,日本人学生と同様の就職活動を行っている傾向が見られた。一方で,就職が決定しなかったグループへの自律性向上の教育,支援策の必要性が明らかになった。, Recently, many Japanese universities increasing international students according to the globalization policy by the government. But, there are not enough framework and information to their job hunting after finishing their study. To improve this situation and support to them, We, Doshisha University carried out a research about international students who will finish their under-graduate and graduate studies at March 2012. We analyzed the result from three view points, which are the social support, various activity experiences and the detail of their job hunting, after divided into three groups regarding to their job hunting experiences and those results. We found a tendency that the student group who could decide their jobs, have various experiences such as variety of human relations, involvements to after school activities and local communities, and job hunting activities similar to how Japanese students do.
