Pannenberg identifies Isaak Augst Dorner as one of the most important theologians to grasp Barthian theology. After checking which terms Dorner borrowed from Barth's theology, Pannenberg systematizes it in the tradition of speculative theologians and skeptically discusses Barth's concept of \"the Root of the Doctrine of the Trinity.\" I argue that this doubt is inconsistent with Pannenberg's view of Barth, because this concept clearly means the \"distance and relation\" between revelation and persons who theologically strive to interpret the concept of reveration by itself in Church Dogmatics. Through a theological history approach, this article investigates the problems in Pannenberg's view of Barthian
