| 内容記述 | グローバル化が進む社会において、わが国の高等教育業界も善し悪しに関わらず、その影響を確実に受けている。グローバル化に対応すべく、留学生30万人計画やグローバル30といった留学生政策が施行されているが、果たしてこれらが適切な政策であるかは定かでない。本稿では、我が国の留学生政策を策定に至るまでの経緯と現状を検証し、その特徴を明らかにすると共に、米国の留学生政策であるフルブライト・プログラム、アブラハム・リンカーン留学委員会や、欧州の高等教育政策であるエラスムス計画、ボローニャ・プロセスの特徴を明らかにし、比較する。比較により、我が国の留学生政策の問題点を明らかにし、このグローバル時代に適した政策の在り方を考察する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Japan's higher education is certainly influenced by today's global society. International education policies such as "300,000 International Student Plan" and "Global 30" were formulated and have been implementing, but is is not clear if these policies are appropriate and effective. In this thesis, international education policies in the U.S. such as the Fulbright Program and the Abraham Lincoln Study Abroad Fellowship Program, and policies in the Europe such as ERASMUS Program (European Community Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students) and the Bologna Declaration are introduced and comparatively analyzed with Japan's policies. | |||||
