| 内容記述 | 本稿では、指示語の文脈展開機能の定義およびそれに関わる要素を考察する。その結果、指示内容が文脈上にあれば、指示語は文脈展開機能を果たしている。指示語とその持ち込み内容の距離、持ち込み内容の範囲、持ち込み内容の変容、そして指示語の後続語句の四つの側面から、文脈展開の強さが規定される。そのうち、指示語の後続語句は前提的な条件になる要素で、持ち込み内容の範囲は指示語とその持ち込み内容の距離や持ち込み内容の変容などの要素を規定する中心的な要素である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In this paper I will analyze demonstrative words as a function of contextual expansion. From this study I will confirm the following phenomena: 1) If the subtantive denoted by the demonstrative word is clear in context, the demonstrative word serves as a means of contextual expansion. 2) The context expansion function of demonstrative words are decided by the following factors: the distance between demonstrative words and its implied contents, the range of its implied contents, the transformation of its implied contents, and the words and phrases that follow the demonstrative words. Specifically, words and phrases following demonstrative words are a postulate factor, while the implied contents are a central factor. | |||||
