Culture","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_1_description_12":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"平成17年に登録有形文化財(建築物)<第26-0199号>として国に登録された明治末期の煉瓦建築である衣笠会館(旧藤村岩次郎邸)は、今まで設計者、施工者、竣工年、建物の当初の用途に関して確かな情報が得られないまま、「明治期の希少な和洋折衷の煉瓦住宅建築の遺構」という評価がなされてきた。しかし、論者は、明治40年前後の日本人の住文化を念頭におき、京都綿ネル株式会社を経営する実業家であった藤村岩次郎氏の職業や経済力、家族構成、敷地における会館の位置、建物の形状から推して、住宅建築にはあたらないと考えてきた。そこで、藤村家への聞き取り調査、古写真などの検証、京都綿ネル株式会社の本社屋建築との比較、衣笠会館の棟札発見、改修箇所の検証とこの時代の建築事情、住文化などを総合して衣笠会館の本来の機能と作者に迫ろうと試みた。最大の成果は、棟札発見によって、従来不詳であった設計、施工者について、請負人と記された棟梁・鈴鹿彌惣吉が施工し、上棟式が明治37年10月11日であるという新しい知見をえたことである。またこの建物の古写真、改修箇所の比較検証から当初は館内すべてが洋間のみであり、現状の2階四室の和室のうち3室は大正末期から昭和初期、残りの1室は昭和40年代後半に改修されたと判断された。そして、藤村家への聞き取り調査からは、施主が造営した当初は、母屋としての木造平屋の和館、木造平屋建の洋館1棟、煉瓦造2階建の洋館1棟(衣笠会館)、茶室、蔵4棟の建造物からなる屋敷全体の構成も判明した。この建物の機能としては、従来の定説であった住居としてではなく、当時のお屋敷建築の定石である接客スペースとしての洋館であるが、一条通に面した表門から入ったすぐの位置にあること、施主の仕事場が会社だけではなかったこと、和館の母屋、敷地奥の奥座敷としての洋館の存在と総合して判断するならば、「表屋」的な、つまり事務所棟としての機能を担う建物であったという結論を導いた。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_1_description_13":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究論文(Article)","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_description_25":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.14988/pa.2017.0000012768","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_1_publisher_15":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"同志社大学日本語・日本文化教育センター","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_1_relation_24":{"attribute_name":"関連サイト","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_name":[{"subitem_relation_name_language":"ja","subitem_relation_name_text":"掲載刊行物所蔵情報へのリンク
