The results are as follows 1) The club mission and the policy of club management are very clear and strong in all three clubs. It is along those mission and policies that the people with disability participated in the club. 2) The person understood disability and people with disability was a member of the club when the club was established. It is suggested that the people with disability are encouraged to participate in the club by the member of the club who understands disability and people with
