 note = {同志社大学では、2000年5月に「障がい学生支援制度」が発足し、10年が経過した。発足当時は、制度という箱ができただけであったが、10年を経て箱に中身が詰まり、年を増すごとに多彩になってきた。そこで本稿では、現在の制度にいたる10年を振り返り、当時のろう学生の強い思いから確立した経緯を形に残す。それは、今そしてこれから制度を利用する学生が当たり前に利用できることへの重みを知る上で重要な背景であるからである。本稿の特徴は、同大の障がい学生支援コーディネーターという立場をもつ筆者が、障がい学生支援の取り組み校としての"場の生成"の担い手となってきたことを明らかにしたことである。そのために、日本学生支援機構の実態調査および日本聴覚障害学生高等教育支援ネットワークのコーディネーター連携事業の史料が整理されている。"場の生成"の次なるステップに入るべく、その"場"を最適にするための"場のかじ取り"の視点に関心を向け、今後のよりよい環境づくりのための提案を導いている。, Ten years has passed since the Assistance for Students with Disabilities System began in May 2000 at Doshisha University. In the beginning, the system was like a "empty box" labeled "Assistance for Students with Disabilities". During this ten-year period, the box has been filled year by year with a variety of approaches and ideas for assisting students. These details were established through the demands of a deaf student that reflected the needs of many others involved in this system. In this report, we are able to take a look at the last 10 years and review the strong opinions and ideas from the students that have received assistance. Currently and in the future this information for the students, so that they can appreciate the value and efforts made on their behalf through the foundation of this system. The special characteristics presented in this report displays the importance of the initial seeds that were gathered and planted by the Coordinator of Disability Services at Doshisha University and the "germination process" that evolved. This documented history of the system will continue to assist the investigations of the actual conditions within the program and also include information from Post-Secondary Education Programs Network of Japan and Japan Student Services Organization. This report deals with the aspect of compilation to create the "situation" that will be best to make the next step in the "germination process" and the future proposals in reading to a better environment in the future., 研究ノート(Note), application/pdf},
