 note = {本論文は、民間の劇団による公的事業の展開に着目し、フィールドワークを通じて、文化芸術分野からの地域活性化の方策を取りまとめたものである。特に、第一筆者が自治体からの交付金を得ておこなった演劇公演の運営を経て感じてきた、創造集団における「作家性・芸術性」とアートマネージャーによる「戦略」とのあいだで生じた衝突・軋轢の中から、いくつかの検討を重ねた。実践に対しては、文化政策やアートマネジメントの観点から論考がなされた。そして、(1)公立文化施設での非文化芸術分野の活動への公的資金充当で市民芸術家は育成されるか、(2)アートマネージャーと創造集団の代表者とのあいだにはどのような確執があるかについて接近している。これらを通じて、公による文化施設の活用、すなわち「アウトリーチ」の視点に加えて、民による公への「インリーチ」の観点が重要であることを明らかにした。そして、アウトリーチとインリーチが断続的に展開されること、すなわち反復的交替するとき、公民協働のダイナミックスが導かれることを示し、その状態を担保するために民に求められる視点をまとめた。, This fieldwork argues about the difficulty of the community revitalization through a private theatrical company with local government. The difficulty is featured of the gap between artisticity and strategy in the 1st author's practice. From reviewing some references especially in arts management and cultural policy studies, two critical points became clear. (1)How can public fund develop a citizens' art movement in cultural facilities. (2)What kind of discords are generated between Arts manager and representative. mutually as feed-forwarding to create the better future. Finally, this paper proposed the importance of private inreach activity for public outreach program. Furthermore, we had pointed it out about the necessity of repetitive change in project independence which is started from a citizen's action to keep the dynamics on inreach and outreach., 論説(Article), application/pdf},
