This paper reviews two case of management by object(MBO), partically management of work( 'Shigoto-Kanri' in Japanese). Those cases are Sato(2007) and Ono(2005), and this paper put those cases on the stage of the analysis of SHRM, reviews those cases. And this paper indicates the lack of quaritative reserch of SHRM, so, through this review, it contributes to the accumulation of the research of
