| 内容記述 | 本稿では、キャリア教育の現状と課題を把握し、今後の方向性を模索することを企図して、全国の普通科高校を対象に実施した調査票調査の結果を概観している。その結果、インターンシップは事前指導に力を入れており、学外との連携も進んでいるが、関係者の共通理解とカリキュラムに課題を残していた。職場見学は事後のフォローを重視しており、比較的手軽で大きな問題点も自覚されていない。知識教育は上級生になるにつれて実施時間が減少し、内容が多様化していた。 | |||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper investigates the current situation and issues of career education in general high school. We carry out the study using a questionnaire survey and arrive at some key findings. First, almost all the schools prepare a guidance class for internships and have relatively good relationships with its related-companies and the local governments. On the other hand, they need to improve the internship programs and to develop a common understanding of the internships. Second, a company visit saves a lot of trouble, compared with the internships. Its review plays a relatively important role for career education. Finally, in general, there are career information lectures not more than 10 hours a year. Although the lectures decrease as students' grade advances, the contents become a greater diversification. Also, many graduates and career coordinators are taking an active part as lecturers. | |||||||||||||||||||
