| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、1970年代における障害者運動の中で自立生活にどのような意味を込められていたかを検証することである。本稿では、自立生活の理解について3つの立場の議論を検証した。第1の立場は、地域社会の変革を自立生活の目的としていた。第2の立場では、管理される収容施設からの脱出と公的な保障による介助制度を求めていた。第3の立場では、障害者の主体形成を重視し、障害者年金の確立と共同生活の場が重要な要求項目であった。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aims to clarify the meaning ascribed to independent living by the disability movement of the 1970s. This study investigated three standpoints concerning independent living. The investigations focused on the following: (1) the first standpoint related to the reform of local communities; (2) the second standpoint focused on the aim to remove the handicapped from asylums where they were typically cared for and to seek social security care provision as a replacement; and (3) the third standpoint was concerned with the demands for the establishment of a disability pension and accommodation options that facilitated communal living because a handicapped person's subject formation was considered important. | |||||||||||
