We assume that the durability of goods is given exogenously, and the marginal cost is independent of the durability. There is an infinite horizon and firms choose price in every period. We obtain the following results: (1) The firms earn positive profits as long as the price of the secondhand goods is positive. (2) The firm that provides goods with less durability can earn more profit than the other if the quality of the secondhand goods is sufficiently low., 論説(Article), application/pdf}, pages = {517--531}, title = {財の耐久性と価格競争}, volume = {61}, year = {2010}, yomi = {コバシ, アキラ} }
