| 内容記述 | 1936年に建てられた関西日仏学館は日仏両政府と関西経済界が連携して建設した文化施設で、官民協働の先駆的な試みである。開館当時に書かれた日仏両語の文献をもとに設立過程や資金調達を調べたところ、3つの状況が浮かび上がった。1つには日仏交流施設に関して政府主導の首都型と民主導の関西型があること。2つには当時の経済人たちがどれほど苦労して資金を集めたか。3つには叙勲制度が寄付集めに貢献したこと。貴重な事例である。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | For found the new annex of French-Japanese institute in Kyoto,it was not only the government of Japan and France but also the economic world of Kansai that cooperated each other. This building is therefore a pioneering example of the public-private partnership. Our study on the subject of the process of foundation and the procurement of funds is based on the opening brochure. We demonstrate a contrast of the French-Japanese institute between Tokyo and Kyoto. The project was principally led by the government at Tokyo,on the other hand by citizens at Kyoto. | |||||||||||||
