| 内容記述 | 障害者自立支援法や障害者雇用率への算定など、精神障害者の就労と就労支援を取り巻く環境が大きく変化している。これらの制度上の改革は、多くの課題をもつ一方で、精神障害者の就労支援実践におけるさまざまな変化や活発化の一つのきっかけとなっている。それでは実際の精神障害者の就労・雇用の状況には、どのような変化が起きているのであろうか、実際に精神障害者の就労は増えているのか。本稿ではそれを明らかにするために政府統計を中心とした統計データの検討と考察を行っている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Employment of parson with psychiatric disabilities and its environment have changed recently, for example, the enforcement of "Services and Supports for Persons with Disabilities Act" or the start of applying the employment rate rule to person with psychiatric disabilities. Those changes have some problems, however, it trigger to gather attention for job support for person with disabilities, and to lead the changes and activation in that field. And then, what kinds of changes have been occurred in actual status of employment of person with psychiatric disabilities? As the most direct interest, have the number of employment of them increased? This question is the background of this study, and this article describes that investigation and consideration of government statistics about employment of parson with disabilities. | |||||
