| 内容記述 | 本研究は、生活相談員が必要と認知する対人福祉サービスの構造を検討することを目的とした。調査対象は、京都府にある223の高齢者福祉施設に勤務する生活相談員とし、192名から回答を得た。仮説モデルは、「相談面接」「援助計画策定」「ネットワーク形成」「権利擁護」「危機管理」を要素に構成した。仮説モデルのデータへの適合性は、構造方程式モデリングを用いて検討した。その結果、CFIは0.913、RMSEAは0.080と統計学的な許容水準を満たしていた。以上の結果から、生活相談員の対人福祉サービスの体系化に際しては、上記の5領域を重視することの必要性が示唆された。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Purpose:This study is intended to examine the structure of personal social services that are recognized need by social workers working in welfare facilities for the elderly. Method: Questionnaires were sent to 223 welfare facilities for the elderly in Kyoto prefecture, and responses from 192 social workers were analyzed. The hypothesis model was structured with "Consulting interview", "development of care plans", "network formation", "advocacy" and "crisis management". This hypothesis model was examined using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Result: This model performed well in term of CFI=0.913,RMSEA =0.080, and met the level of statistical tolerance. Conclusion:The result of this study suggested that the above five factors were important for the systematization of personal social services. | |||||||||||
