| 内容記述 | 医療サービス同様、介護サービスについても、地域間に大きな格差があるといわれている。そこで、本稿では、近畿地方において、介護費用におよぼす要因を明らかにし、地域において特徴や大きな違いがあるのかを示したい。結論として、介護保険における回帰分析から、全ての府県で、「老年人口」が介護費用の増加に大きくかかわっていることが示された。その他、「介護給付件数」と「高齢者世帯」が、医療費に影響を与えることが判明した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | It is said that there are large regional differences in the nursing service as well as in the medical service. This paper points out the main factor that affects the nursing care expenditure in the Kinki region and indicates whether each district has a feature or difference of its own. In conclusion it is clarified by the regression analysis in nursing care insurance that "Elderly population" is linked closely with an increase in the nursing care expenditure in all the prefectures in the Kinki region. In addition the fact is shown that "The number of nursing care benefits" and "Aged households" have effects on the nursing care expenditure. | |||||
