I understood by using the verification towards the Chinese present condition and problems that at the time of the construction of the present institutions they were aiming at uniforming the condition of the elderly. Therefore a gap appeared between the elderly's needs and the supply and demand of the institutions. Therefore, to solve this problem, I want to extract in my main research the main factors out of the many factors that make elderly enter an institution and think of an 「Condition-Economy」elemental model, by identifying the future state of Chinese welfare
