| 内容記述 | 本稿は中国の高齢者福祉入所施設の現状を考察し,施設サービスの需給のアンバランスと同時に,利用率が低いという矛盾に焦点を当て,その根本的な要因を考察した。そして,各地では中央政府に従って,高齢者世代の内部構造や地域性を無視し,高齢者を同質視し,高齢者福祉施設の設立に対して一律に企画しているという点を明らかにした。そして,この問題点を解決するために,「自立能力-経済負担能力」要因モデルを考案し,今後中国高齢者福祉入所施設のあり方として,機能別等級施設の設立を提案した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Concerning the main research, by looking at previous researches, I want to pay attention to the factors of influence on the elderly which make use of institutions, but it became clear that researches about the connection between the elderly's needs and the functions of institutions are rare. I understood by using the verification towards the Chinese present condition and problems that at the time of the construction of the present institutions they were aiming at uniforming the condition of the elderly. Therefore a gap appeared between the elderly's needs and the supply and demand of the institutions. Therefore, to solve this problem, I want to extract in my main research the main factors out of the many factors that make elderly enter an institution and think of an 「Condition-Economy」elemental model, by identifying the future state of Chinese welfare institutions. | |||||
