The approach on \"Life skill education\" started for these problem solving. In this article, the authors reported the team building program for the Doshisha University baseball club based on life skill education. In the approach, the goal setting, the self-evaluation and the plan-do-check-action (PDCA) cycle etc. were executed through the team-building meeting. Moreover, the team mission (principle) and the code of good practice were established, and the team rule was made. It was suggested that these approaches improved the life skill of communication skill, creative thinking, critical thinking for student
