The movement education program was provided to four adults with severely multiple-disabilities for three years. The effect of it was evaluated by movement education program assessment II (MEPA-II). As the results of the program, it was found that the development of the adults ware not sequential in all four fields, the posture field, the locomotion field, the manipulation field and the communication field. It was clarified that the pattern of development of the adults with severely multiple-disabilities was very various by the
