| 内容記述 | 転職に関する先行研究の多くは、「人的つながり」の利用が転職後の満足や収入の面で望ましい結果をもたらすというものであった。それに対し、転職媒介機関に焦点をあてた研究は数えるほどしかない。そのため、それらの機関でどのような情報、サービスが扱われ、それらが転職時のマッチング効率を高めているのかはあまり検討されていない。そこで本稿では、「公共職業安定所」「民間職業紹介所」「求人広告」に焦点を絞り、それらの機関で扱われている情報の違いをヒアリング調査から明らかにした上で、計量データを用いて転職時の利用機関と転職後の仕事満足との関連を検証している。まず、聞き取り調査によって、求職者情報の把握内容、求人企業情報の把握内容、マッチング方法の3点を3つの機関で比較したところ、(1)民間職業紹介所(2)公的職業安定所(3)求人広告の順に扱われている情報の量、質、そしてマッチング機能が高いことがわかった。次に、調査票調査(阪神地区のある高校の卒業した30代の労働者が対象:回収数741、回収率21%)より、民間職業紹介を利用することは転職後の満足を高め、反対に求人広告を利用することは満足を低めるという結果が得られた。これらの結果は、媒介機関の棲み分けが確立しつつあり、自身の属性や職業能力に適した機関を利用することで、望ましい転職に結びつく確率が高くなることを示唆している。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | It has been shown in most studies on job change that utilizing human ties as a method to job change is a more preferable result in respect of job satisfaction or income than any other. Meanwhile, little is known about the focus of the role that is the function of each employment agency. Hence, it has not been discussed what information and services are treated by methods used in switching jobs other than human ties, and whether they enhance matching efficiency or not. Therefore, this paper focuses on the difference of matching function of "public employment agency", "private employment agency", and "recruiting advertisement", investigates the differences of information treated these agencies by interview, and analyzes the relation between these agencies used to find a new job and job satisfaction. First, the result of interview survey showes that private employment agency is the most efficient one in terms of information quantity, quality, and matching method, and next is public employment agency, and the least is recruiting advertisement. Second, a mail survey was conducted from November to December in 2003, of high school graduates in their 30s in the HANSHIN area. 741 respondents were collected, and the rate of collection was 21%. Research revealed that workers who change their job by a private employment agency are more satisfied at their job, and recruiting advertisement user are less satisfied. These results suggest that workers get a preferable result in the case that their characteristics and occupational skills are consistent with the information or service provided by each employment agency. In other words, it means that the market for each employment agency has been independent to some extent. | |||||||||||
