 note = {本稿は、大阪府の中小企業を対象とした調査に基づき、企業のWLBや均等度と企業業績の関係を分析した。分析の結果、WLBと企業業績の間には正の相関が観察された。たとえば、育児休業制度がある企業では2年前と比較した労働生産性が高い。育児支援制度が多い企業では、総資産経常利益率が高い。過去3年間に使用された育児支援制度数が多い企業でも同様である。他方、均等度と企業業績の関係を推定した結果、有意な相関関係は観測されなかった。, This paper analyzed the effects of work-life balance and equal employment opportunity measures on the performance of firms, using micro data of small firms in Osaka Prefecture. We found that the firms that implement work-life balance measures are more likely to show good performance.
