| 内容記述 | 遅延干渉計の光路差を制御・安定化することによって、隣接光パルス間の位相を安定化した光時分割多重回路について検討した。安定化には、入力光パルスと波長の異なる連続光の干渉を利用した。ピエゾ素子とロックインアンプを用いてフィードバックをかけ、連続光の波長を変えることによって、8π以上にわたって位相差を制御できることを確認した。さらに、ファイバ型遅延干渉計を2台接続した光クロックの4逓倍回路を作成し、1台の波長可変レーザによる制御で、40GHzの同相および位相反転光クロックを生成した。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Phase difference between adjacent optical pulses is stabilized by means of stabilization of a delayed interferometer (DI), which can be considered as an optical time-division multiplexed (OTDM) multiplexer. A continuous wave (CW) tunable laser, where the wavelength is different from that of the optical pulse, was used to stabilize the DI. We have confirmed that the phase difference of more than 8 p was controlled using a piezo-electric transducer and a lock-in amplifier by tuning the CW laser wavelength. Moreover, we investigated an optical clock quadruple multiplier by serially concatenating the OTDM multiplexer. In 40GHz optical clock generation experiment, we have observed the temporal waveforms and optical spectra when in-phase and out-of phase optical clocks were successfully generated, respectively. The undesired optical sidebands were suppressed to be more than 15 dB for both cases. | |||||||||||
