In Japan, SHRM is coming to be a broader issue in the Human Resource Management(HRM) theories. Second, it reveals that how is HRM unfolding SHRM, and pigeonholes the practical problems and the body of theories on SHRM. Third, it pigeonholes the principle and primary approaches on SHRM, and points the problem on it out. Finally, it indicates the problem to be
