 note = {本稿は、私立高校の学校評価の実態を明らかにすると共に、教育事業の改善を図る方策を検討するものである。近年、教育界において事業評価が重視されている。学校評価を行う目的は、それを通じて学校運営の改善と発展を目指すことにより、教育水準の向上と保証を図ることにある。その中で、私立高校の学校評価に着眼点を置いた。多くの公立高校では、学校評価が導入されているが、私立高校の学校評価の実態はあまり知られていない。この課題の解決策を検討する資料とするため、私立高校と自治体に対し、学校評価に関するアンケート調査を実施した。その分析結果より、学校評価の実態や課題点を明らかにすると共に、評価システムの構築に向けた方向性を考察した。, The purpose of this paper is to clarify the realities of the school evaluation of private high schools and to examine measures to improve educational activities. In recent years, project evaluation has been stressed in the field of education. Although school evaluation has been adopted by many public high schools, very little is known about the realities of the school evaluation of private high schools. To provide data for the solution to this problem, a questionnaire survey was conducted among private high schools and municipalities concerning school evaluation.
