 note = {本稿は、同志社大学総合政策科学研究科ソーシャル・イノベーション研究コースに学ぶものが持つべき素養について、研究フィールドにいかに貢献するかという視点から検討した研究ノートである。とりわけ、研究成果の実践への意義が「書く」ことであるという既往研究に対し、そもそも研究成果を導くためには、どのような姿勢で学び合うコミュニティに身を置くべきか、筆者が参加した米国国務省による研修プログラムを事例に検討した。その際、事例として取り上げた研修プログラムが、NGO・NPOのマネジメントに関する内容であったため、許可を得た上で、可能な限り詳述した。その上で、各国からの参加者がどのような姿勢で学んでいたのかを、自らの内省を図りながら考察した。そして、お互いに学び合うコミュニティにおいて浸透していた6つの特徴をもとに、SI研究コースの学生が持つべき姿勢を例証した。加えて、イノベーションを導くためのスキルとは何かについて、先行する諸研究をまとめることにより、コミュニケーション力とリーダーシップの発揮の2点に集約した。さらには、ソーシャル・イノベーションを導く人材に求められるスキルの内容と水準を、平成19年度文部科学省「社会人の学び直しニーズ対応教育推進事業」に採択された「ソーシャル・イノベーション型再チャレンジ支援教育プログラム」における事業提案発表会の評価表をもとに提示した。, This note discusses about the skills for social innovator. Especially, this discussion is featured to the student of Doshisha University Graduate of Policy and Management, Social Innovation Course, to contribute to their each field. When an academic activity cause some decision making in the community, that activity makes sense in the field. But, some students confuse how should they do in the community for social innovation through an academic research. So, this note treats the case of the one of the International visitor program, Multi Regional Project "NGO Management" held in 2002 in USA. In this note, the social innovation skill set considered to 6 points (networking, mandate, life design, recognition, gregarious, respect) from that case. And these points are overlapped with the developing communication skill and leadership.
