As a result, correspondence to the globalization becomes possible and the achievement has been recovered. However as to the bankruptcy tendency of the small and medium-sized enterprise is now continuing, because it was not done like the big enterprise. So the government started up the policy called "New collaboration program" to improve the present situation, but the result doesn't enough. Such the manager's recognition to collaboration to other small and medium-sized enterprise is not so high. Collaboration is thought to be interested to the small and medium-sized enterprise than that of the big enterprise. The following is thought from a present business environment of the small and medium-sized enterprise. Even if they admits the necessity of collaboration, the manager cannot take the action for the improved management. As a result, the hypothesis is set that it is a situation that cannot help being given up. To search for this cause, it is confirmed that the Collaboration management is a key from the structured analysis using logic tree. Then, (1)the best practice of Collaboration concerning the solution problem is extracted from success case. (2)And, it structurizes the element to lead Collaboration successfuly using a logical causal relation. (3)Structurizing is related to the best practice at the end.
