| 内容記述 | Besides giving information on the current situation of physical and social deterioration within historical quarters in Latin America, this study aims at doing a critical analysis of the new model of public-private management, as well as community participation in order to preserve urban legacies from the 1990's onwards. Structured in two parts, the urban evolution is examined first together with its problems and opportunities. In the second part, this type of management is assessed through an analysis of the most relevant cases from the region. The study is intended to show how this new concept of preservation plays a valuable and central role in reconverting and revitalizing historical quarters as well as in improving the life conditions of its communities. | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | 当該研究ノートの目的は、90年代以降のラテンアメリカ都市遺産保護をめぐるコミュニティ参加と官・民(Public-Private)共同管理体制を批判的に分析することである。加えて、ラテンアメリカで現在進行中の歴史地区における物理的・社会的荒廃についても論じる。本稿は2部構成になっている。前節では、都市の発展について考察し、その問題点と利点を明らかにする。後節では、最適な事例の分析を通して管理体制を評価する。都市遺産保護における新しいコンセプトが、歴史地区の再改造と再生だけでなく、そのコミュニティで暮らす人々の生活環境を向上させる上でもいかに重要で中心的な役割を果たしているかを明らかにする。 | |||||||||
