Based on the author's own class records from the fall 2006 semester through the spring 2008 semester, this paper attempts to clarify how this courseware has been implemented and administered, how it is actually used by students, and how students access and use the courseware in different instructional environments. It also depicts typical user profiles through the extensive survey results, while analyzing the score data produced by the learners.
