| 内容記述 | 1940年春、鮎川信夫は早稲田大学英文学科に入学する。5月17日、印刷用紙の欠乏に対処すべく新聞雑誌用紙統制委員会が設置された。審議は、7月末に発足した第二次近衛内閣がによる基本国策要綱、すなわち「国防国家」を構想する新体制運動に呼応して、急速に具体化された。8月初旬、出版業者団体を解散し(仮称)社団法人日本出版文化協会に統合する案が決定される。詩誌『新領土』終刊の背景となる出版新体制の動きを、時間系列において詳細にたどる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Shin-Ryodo came to an end by the May-number of 1941. There was, in the background, an unprecedented scale of reformation in the publishing business, not to mention of a tightening censorship. Present paper traces the period from the installation of the "Paper Control Committee on Newspapers and Magazines," in the Cabinet Intelligence Committee, on the 17th of May 1940, to the foundation of the "Japan Culture Association of Publishers" on the 19th of December. The association was to be put under the supervision of the Intelligence Bureau, established on the 6th of the same month. | |||||
