| 内容記述 | 本研究の最終目的は、解剖や筋生理そして神経生理に合致したシュート動作を解明することにある。シュートフォームやボールをリリースするタイミングを指導する際に、より客観的なアドバイスを行うための礎なればとの思いで本研究に着手した。特に反動動作と目的動作との関係を中心に検討している。今回の報告は、手関節における反動動作、並びに上肢の運動と下肢の運動との大まかなタイミングについて観察した。方法は、高校時代に全国優勝を経験し、現在も活動を継続している19才の男子学生1名を被験者として2次元撮影による分析である。フリースローを、被験者の本来のフォームで行う通常シュートと上肢と下肢のすべての関節において意図的に反動動作を加えない課題シュートで行ってもらった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to analyze one hand shoot motion adjusted to anatomy and function of the muscular and nervous systems. Throwing movements are assorted into following three groups. 1. Throwing objects as long as possible. The javelin, the shot-putting, the discus throw and so on. 2. Throwing objects at a high speed and required accuracy. Pitching of baseball pitchers, passing of American football quarter backs and so on. 3. Throwing objects accurately. Basketball shooting (shooting for short), darts, quoits and so on. While we can see twisting or turn movements of body trunk in throwing of group 1 and 2, throwing of group 3 have practically no twisting movement. Shooting motion is different from usual throwing. Shooting motion doesn't accompany extension of shoulder joint. It is similar to the shot-putting at the movement of shoulder joint. But, wrist joint flexion doesn't appear in throwing of the shot-putting. Wrist joint flexion is accompanied in throwing of pitchers. The author's question is how the movement of wrist joint in shooting. Is it same as pitching or not? Especially, counter movement just before shooing is examined. In this report, the movement of wrist joint and the timing of counter movement of upper limb and lower limb is observed. A subject of this report is a male, university freshman basketball player. He was a member of the high school champion team. | |||||
