 note = {大学(学生)ボランティアセンター(以下、大学VC)が大学に出来たのは、1987年の大阪キリスト教短期大学がその起源とされているが、(1)「大学生への教育効果」、(2)「社会・地域とのインターミディアリ機能」、(3)「大学の社会貢献」の3つをその存在意義として、1995年の阪神・淡路大震災以降一気に増えた感がある。しかし、同時にここ数年で見ると,量質ともに少し伸び悩んでいる印象がぬぐいされない。そこで,本研究では,大学VCの意義・役割,類型,事業内容などの概要を整理する中で、昨今注目されつつあるサービス・ラーニング(「学生達が人々とコミュニティのニーズに対応した活動に従事する中で学ぶ、経験的学習のひとつの形のこと。以下、「SL」)という概念に注目し、その大学VCへの導入の可能性を、関西を中心とする大学VCからのヒアリングの中から探ってみた。結論から言えば、大学ごとに多少の差異はあるものの、今後の大学VCには、「SL」の視点を導入することが、センターの存続のためにも必要不可欠な視点であるという事である。なお、この視点というのは地域と大学との連携協働のまちづくりを進める上でも重要なファクターになると筆者らは考える。, Osaka Christianity junior University is the earliest university having built The university volunteer center in 1987.But most volunteer center having has three function--Education to university student, Intermediate support, Philanthropy of university have increased since we had encountered the big earth quake at Hanshin in 1995. However, it is a tendency to decrease its quality and quantity these past several years.Therefore,I am attracting attention about The Service learning center and want to let The Service learning center join the university volunteer center.
