Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia=LIPI)のスタッフによる事例研究などから推計を行い、アブラヤシ農園開発が雇用・就労機会の創出に果たす役割について検討することである。第1節では、まず1980年代以降同国においてどれほどの規模でアブラヤシ農園開発が行われてきたかについて示し、次いで `90年代半ば以降の動向に焦点を当ててその特徴を検討する。続く第2節では、インドネシア政府がスマトラ・カリマンタン等などの地域で農園開発を促進する際に採用してきた「中核企業-小自作農方式」(Pola PIR[Perusahaan Inti
