| 内容記述 | In July 2024, I participated in the International Biochemistry of Exercise Conference at the University of Limerick, Ireland, and presented a poster titled "Simulated microgravity rescues the suppressive effect of exercise training on adipogenic differentiation of inguinal adipose-derived stem cells of rats."Exercise training suppresses the adipogenic potential of adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC), but the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. Using a simulated microgravity (SMG) system, we analyzed ADSC from exercised rats and found that the suppressive effect of exercise was attenuated under SMG conditions, suggesting the involvement of gravity-sensitive factors in the regulation of adipogenic differentiation. | |||||||||||||
