| 内容記述 | 本オーラル・ヒストリーは，雇用支援機構労働組合の元専従書記長として活躍された成田秀志氏の口述記録である。成田氏は，職業能力開発総合大学校を卒業後に雇用促進事業団へと入団し，電気工事科で職業訓練指導員として13年間，訓練業務に携わってこられた。また同氏は，雇用支援機構労働組合の専従書記長も長年担当され，労働組合の支部ならびに中央執行委員での活動にも従事されてきた。同氏には，これまでの時系列に沿って，入団後の職務経験や組合活動の内容について語ってもらった。今回の口述記録を通じて，職業訓練のカリキュラムや職業訓練指導員に求められる社会的役割が，いつ，どのようにして変化してきたのか，それはなぜなのかを，労働組合の視点から体系的に理解することが可能となる。 | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper is an oral history conducted at the Polytechnic Center with Mr. Hideshi Narita, the former full-time secretary of the labor union. Mr. Narita graduated from the polytechnic university of Japan and he worked as a vocational training instructor in the Electrical engineering department for 13 years. Additionally, he served as the full-time secretary of the labor Union for many years and involved in activities at both the branch and central executive committee levels of the labor union. In this oral history, Mr. Narita recounted his professional experiences and union activities in chronological order. Through this oral history record, it becomes possible to systematically understand, from the perspective of the labor union, how and why the curriculum of vocational training and the social role expected of vocational training instructors have changed over time. | |||||||||||||||||||||
