An aging education program was implemented by combining lectures and workshops on ageism with intergenerational exchange activities. Reflections from participating students revealed insights into ageism among participants, the students’ own perceptions of ageism, generational gap in values, and the necessity for ageism awareness. The findings suggest that education to overcome ageism is the most effective when it comprises a continuous learning process that incorporates lectures with specific examples, exercises, and practical experiences. In the future, aging education programs that target a wider range of age groups should be
