| 内容記述 | AI翻訳の社会実装が進められる中、高学歴で専門的な知識やスキルを求められる翻訳者の雇用がAIに代替される懸念が広がっている。本稿は翻訳業に対してGPAI・FoW日本チームの調査と現地訪問で行ったインタビュー調査から、AI翻訳の普及が専門職としての翻訳者の働き方にどのように影響や変化を及ぼし、従来の労働環境の変化を検討した。また、AI翻訳の普及によって翻訳業の雇用の質的・量的変化も見られた。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | As AI translation becomes increasingly implemented in society, concerns are growing that the employment of highly educated translators requiring specialized knowledge and skills may be replaced by AI. Based on an interview survey conducted by the GPAI & FoW Japan Team through their investigation and site visits to the translation industry, this paper examines how the proliferation of AI translation affects and changes the working styles of translators as professionals, and explores the transformation of the traditional work environment. Furthermore, qualitative and quantitative changes in employment within the translation industry have been observed due to the spread of AI translation. | |||||||||||||
