| 内容記述 | 戦後西ヨーロッパの政治的対立軸は変容し、特に近年では社会文化的対立が顕著になっている。その分析枠組みとして提起されてきたGAL–TAN軸は左右軸に代わる有力な分析概念として用いられる一方、理論的一貫性や測定の妥当性には課題が残る。本稿では同軸の理論的系譜と批判を整理したうえで、それを基盤に展開されている「ネオ・クリーヴィッジ」理論の議論を政党間競争の視角から再検討し、統合的枠組みの必要性を論じる。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In post-war Western Europe, the political spectrum has shifted, with socio-cultural divisions becoming increasingly salient in recent years. The GAL–TAN dimension has emerged as a key analytical alternative to the traditional left–right dimension, though it continues to face challenges to theoretical coherence and measurement validity. This paper first reviews the theoretical lineage and critiques of the GAL–TAN dimension, then examines the 'Neo-Cleavage' theory—developed on this basis-from the perspective of party competition. It concludes by calling for a more integrated analytical framework. | |||||||||||||
