In this paper, Bolz's texts are rephrased according to the author's interpretation for the convenience of informing Japanese readers of his meaning in an understandable manner. This book consists of 15 chapters, and the current paper covers Bolz's arguments from Chapter 8 to 12, following the paper on this journal, No. 151 of December 2024, which covered the prologue and Chapters 1 to 7. Chapter 8 to 12 are titled as follows: 8. Tyranny of Public Opinions, 9. Politics in the Age of its Technical Reproducibility, 10. War as Father of All Media, 11.
