| 内容記述 | 本稿は，本誌151号(2024年12月)に掲載した研究ノート「ノルベルト・ボルツの『メディアのABC(Das ABC der Medien)』を読む(上)」に引き続き，ドイツの哲学者にしてメディア論者として知られるノルベルト・ボルツが2007年に刊行した『メディアのABC（Das ABC der Medien）』（Wilhelm Fink 社刊）の中盤部分を，筆者なりの解釈に従って要約し，紹介するものである。これによって，ドイツで盛んに論じられながらも，難解なためもあって概要が見えにくいドイツのメディア論の一端を，日本の研究者に伝えるのが本稿の目的である。『メディアのABC』は序章のほか，全15章からなり，前掲の研究ノートでは，序章から7章までを紹介した。本稿で紹介するのは8章から12章までで，各章のタイトルは「8章世論の専制」「9章技術的再生可能な時代の政治」「10章全てのメディアの父としての戦争」「11章社会的インテリジェンスの学校としての娯楽」「12章コンピュータの中の学校」となっている。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This work is the second part of a series of papers that summarize and introduce a discussion of Das ABC der Medien (The ABC of Media) by Norbert Bolz, a German philosopher and media theorist, published in 2007 by Wilhelm Fink. In this paper, Bolz's texts are rephrased according to the author's interpretation for the convenience of informing Japanese readers of his meaning in an understandable manner. This book consists of 15 chapters, and the current paper covers Bolz's arguments from Chapter 8 to 12, following the paper on this journal, No. 151 of December 2024, which covered the prologue and Chapters 1 to 7. Chapter 8 to 12 are titled as follows: 8. Tyranny of Public Opinions, 9. Politics in the Age of its Technical Reproducibility, 10. War as Father of All Media, 11. Entertainment as School of Social Intelligence and 12. School in Computer. | |||||||||||||
