| 内容記述 | 我が国では学部が教員養成の中核を担っているが，国際的には教員になるための要件として修士号を求められることがスタンダードとなっている。本論文では，我が国が教職大学院の創設時にモデルとした米国と，「開放制」へと転換したのちに大学院における養成が中心となった台湾の事例を分析し，我が国において修士化を実現する方策を検討した。その結果，米国では学部段階で免許を取得できない州や長期研修を要する州が多いことが知見として得られた。台湾では学位と待遇が明確に結びつき，学術的な修士論文の執筆を重視していることが判明した。この比較を通じ，我が国の教職大学院の在り方を検討するに当たって重要な示唆を得ることができた。 | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In Japan, undergraduate schools play a central role in teacher training, but the international standard is that a master's degree is required to become a teacher. This paper analyzes the cases of the U.S., which served as a model for Japan when it established its graduate school of teacher education, and Taiwan, which switched to an "open system" and then shifted to an emphasis on postgraduate training, and examines measures to realize a master's degree in Japan. As a result, we found that in the U.S., many states do not allow licensure at the undergraduate level and many states require long-term training. In Taiwan, we found that degrees and treatment are clearly linked and that the writing of an academic master's thesis is emphasized. Through this comparison, we were able to obtain important suggestions for examining the state of teacher education in Japan. | |||||||||||||||||||||
