This paper examines the claims made by the labor union and the employers' organization in the course of this investigation, based on the remaining documents. In this process, the labor union explained the employer organization's unfair labor practice problem in detail and sought relief. Then, regarding future wage negotiations, the labor union argued that expanding the framework for wage negotiations at individual companies would be a promising method. In response, the employer argued that no unfair labor practice had been established and emphasized the necessity of determining wages between labor and management at individual companies. This case is considered to be one of the turning points in labormanagement
