| 内容記述 | 本稿は、タイのインフォーマル経済の特性を『インフォーマル就業調査』を基に分析したものである。インフォーマル経済はGDPの約45％、就業の50％を超え、都市部ではフォーマル化が進む一方、東北部や北部ではインフォーマル就業者が多く、高齢化が進んでいる。フォーマル化は社会保障や税収拡大のため推進されるが、中高年層で遅れが課題である。今後は社会保障制度の充実や能力差を考慮した実態把握が必要とされる。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper analyzes the characteristics of Thailand's informal economy based on the "Informal Employment Survey." The informal economy accounts for over 45% of GDP and 50% of employment. While formalization is advancing in urban areas, such as Bangkok, informal employment remains widespread in the northeastern and northern regions, where aging populations are becoming a significant factor. Formalization is promoted to expand social security and increase tax revenue, but progress among middle-aged and older workers remains a challenge. Moving forward, enhancing social security systems and gaining a better understanding of the situation, including differences in workers' skills, will be essential. | |||||||||||||
