| 内容記述 | 経済協力開発機構(OECD)は，2030年に向けた生徒に求められるコンピテンシーを導出し，2019年に"OECD Learning Compass 2030"として提示した。学習者は，学びの羅針盤(Learning Compass)を用いて，最終目標である"Well-being"を目指す。学び羅針盤には，知識，スキル，態度及び価値観というこれまでも重視されてきたコンピテンシーに加え，「エージェンシー」と変革をもたらす3つのコンピテンシーとして，新たな価値を創造する力，対立やジレンマに対処する力，責任ある行動をとる力が位置付けられている。後者のコンピテンシーは，直線的で標準化された学習ではなく，多様に分岐する道筋としてデザインされるプロジェクト型の学習で育成が目指される。日本でその実現に資する領域は，総合的な学習(探究)の時間である。本論文では，時代の潮流と総合的な学習(探究)の時間の意義を考察し，大学での授業も事例としながら，その指導の充実の必要性を論じる。OECDが提示する「エージェンシー」は，カリキュラムレベルで研究されてこそ意味あるものとなる。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In 2019, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) determined the competencies required of students toward 2030 and presented the "OECD Learning Compass 2030." Students use it to aim for the ultimate goal of "Well-being." Besides traditionally emphasized competencies - Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes and Values - Learning Compass positions "Agency", and Creating new value, Reconciling tensions ＆ dilemmas, Taking responsibility as three Transformative competencies. Development of the latter competencies will be facilitated not by linear, standardized learning, but project-based learning designed as diverging paths. In Japan, the area that contributes to its realization is the integrated study (exploration) period. This paper examines current trends and the significance of the Period for Integrated Studies (for Inquiry-Based Cross-Disciplinary Study), and discusses the need to enhance instruction, using university classes as an example. The "Agency" presented by the OECD is meaningful only when studied at the curriculum level. | |||||||||||||
