| 内容記述 | 本稿では、企業によるサプライチェーン内の人権侵害問題に対する対応策として、企業の義務及び責任を論じている。特に、多国籍企業における親会社と子会社の関係に焦点を当て、子会社における人権侵害を予防するための法的措置について検討している。ドイツ法とイギリス法を例に、サプライチェーンでの人権侵害防止に向けた法的義務や開示規制を紹介し、日本における対応策についても提案している。企業は、その影響力を及ぼしうる範囲で人権尊重義務を負うべきであり、適切な法的枠組みを設けることが重要であると主張している。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper discusses the obligations and responsibilities of corporations in response to the problem of human rights abuses by corporations in their supply chains. In particular, it focuses on the relationship between a parent company and its subsidiaries in a multinational corporation and examines legal measures to prevent human rights abuses in subsidiaries. Using the examples of German and British law, the report introduces legal obligations and disclosure requirements to prevent human rights abuses in the supply chain, and also proposes countermeasures in Japan. It argues that companies should be required to respect human rights to the extent that they can influence them, and that it is important to establish an appropriate legal framework. | |||||
