| 内容記述 | デュルケムの「人格崇拝論」について、彼がそれを提起することになった歴史的背景と現代におけるその可能性について論じる。まず、デュルケム社会学の諸概念との関連、および他の近代個人主義思想との関連において人格崇拝論の位置づけを明らかにしつつ、19世紀フランスの歴史的状況を踏まえて人格崇拝論の実践的性格を指摘した。また、人格崇拝論の立場から、現代の新自由主義の問題点とそれを乗り越える方策について、計量分析も用いつつ検討した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper discusses Emile Durkheim's "cult of the individual" theory, the historical context that led him to propose it and its present-day potential. First, the study clarifies the position of the "cult of the individual" theory in Durkheim's various sociological concepts and the theory's relationship to other theories of modern individualism. It then considers the practical characteristics of the "cult of the individual" theory in the light of the historical situation in 19th-century France, after which it examines the problems of contemporary neoliberalism and measures needed to overcome them from the "cult of the individual" theory's standpoint, by using quantitative analysis as well. | |||||
