| 内容記述 | DX人材の育成が急務となる現在、ビジネス全体を俯瞰し創造性や思考力を元に考える能力をもつ文系人材が生み出す知見は、社会的意義を持つ。しかし現状、文系に対するAIデータサイエンス教育や基礎的能力としての数学力育成において問題がある。本稿では、私立大学の大学入試において数学が必須化されていない現状が義務教育終了後の数学力低下の原因であると考え、実証分析を通じて大学入試における数学科目の意義について再考した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | DX Human resources development is an urgent issue. Under these circumstances, the knowledge of humanities, which has a holistic view and thinking based on creativity or thinking ability is socially useful. However, there would be challenges in both the AI data science education and the development of mathematical skills as a basic competency for humanities students. In this paper, the current situation that most private universities don't make mathematics exams compulsory for examinees causes the decline in Japanese students' mathematics skills after compulsory education. We reconsider the importance of mathematics in the university entrance exam through empirical analysis. | |||||
