| 内容記述 | The paper provides an overview of the Basic Income experiment in Finland and an evaluation of the results. And then, it examines the legal (reviews by the Constitutional Committee of the Finnish Parliament), institutional (relationships with Unemployment Benefits), and political (relationships with activation policies, emphases on progressiveness, and rivalries to labor unions) processes that made the experiment possible. The paper concludes that the experiment was not an abandonment of welfare support, but rather revealed its importance. | |||||||||||||
