| 内容記述 | 2016年の社会福祉法改正により法第24条2項において規定された社会福祉法人による地域における公益的な取組は，全国各地で多様な実践が展開されている。しかし，これらの実践の内容分類が曖昧であることや具体的な内容について，明確な定義がないことにより実践現場における認識のずれや取組への理解不足を招いている。 本稿では，地域における公益的な取組に必要となる概念特性の整理を通して，地域における公益的な取組の定義について検討することを目的とする。 |

| 内容記述 | Local public interest initiatives, stipulated in Article 24.2 of the law as a result of the 2016 amendments to the Social Welfare Law, are being implemented in a wide variety of content throughout the country. However, the ambiguity in the classification of the content of these practices and the lack of clear definitions of their specific content have led to a lack of awareness and understanding of the initiatives in the field of practice. In this paper, we have classified the content of public interest initiatives in the region based on the entities and purposes for which they are implemented, and examined the definition of such initiatives. By categorizing the initiatives, the significance of social welfare corporations' local public interest initiatives was also discussed by clarifying the items that social welfare corporations should proactively address. |
