| 内容記述 | 本研究は、①日本における重要な政策実施手段である行政指導(Administrative Guidance)について、②その裁量行使や相手方の受容/拒絶をめぐる意思決定メカニズムをゲーム理論を用いて分析し、③政策実施過程における行政指導の「機能」を明らかにした。本研究のゲーム理論アプローチは、公共政策学における「ofの知識」としての政策実施研究の知見を、汎用的な「inの知識」に変換するための有力な方法である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study uses game theory to analyze the mechanism of discretion in administrative guidance, an important policy implementation tool in Japan, and to clarify the function of administrative guidance in the policy implementation process. In policy studies, the game theory approach such as this study is an effective method to utilize the findings of policy implementation research as 'knowledge of prosess' as general 'knowledge in process'. | |||||
